  • No scheduled classes, physical attendance, or live instruction are required.
  • There are no postage, packaging, or shipping fees associated with your purchases.

2. Delivery Process and Access Timelines

Once your payment has been successfully verified, the purchased credits are added to your account. You can then use those credits to unlock individual levels of the relevant E-Learning Materials. After unlocking a level, the following delivery arrangements apply:

  • Delivery method: We send the applicable download links and access instructions to the email address provided during checkout after payment confirmation. The purchased materials are also accessible through our website platform, allowing you to download and study them at your convenience.
  • Standard delivery time: Access details and the corresponding E-Learning Materials are generally made available within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
  • Possible delays: Delivery may occasionally take longer due to payment verification, system processing, technical difficulties, email service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please allow up to 48 to 72 hours in such cases.
  • Assistance after 72 hours: If you have not received your purchased materials or cannot access them after 72 hours have passed, contact our support team at info@craft-course.com for assistance.
  • Credit validity: Purchased credits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

3. Where to Find Your Purchased Materials

Once your purchase has been processed and the relevant materials have been made available, you can locate them through either of the following options:

  • Email confirmation: Check the inbox associated with your checkout email address for the access instructions. If the message is missing, remember to check your spam or junk folder.
  • Your account: Visit the My Materials section of your account to access the materials you have purchased.

4. Requirements for Accessing Materials

To access and download your E-Learning Materials successfully, you will need the following:

  • Access to the email account provided when placing your order.
  • A stable internet connection.
  • A compatible web browser or device running an up-to-date version.

5. Assistance With Missing Access Emails

If you have not received the email containing your access information, please complete the following checks before contacting our support team:

  2. Check the spam and junk folders of the email account used during checkout.
  3. Confirm that the email address entered when placing your order was correct.
  4. Allow the applicable delivery period of 48 to 72 hours from the time of payment.

6. Access to Downloaded Files

Download links and access instructions are provided according to the delivery timeframes described in Section 2 of this policy.

  • Once a file has been downloaded to your device, you can retain and use that copy at your convenience.
  • We recommend storing downloaded materials in a secure and easily accessible location on your device.
  • If you wish to access a level again through the website platform, you can unlock that level again by using the required credits.
