Delivery Policy
Our delivery policy applies to all e-Learning courses and digital products purchased through our website.
Digital Delivery
All e-Learning and digital content are delivered electronically, typically within minutes of successful payment. You will receive:
- A confirmation email with your receipt and order summary.
- An email containing a download link or login instructions to access your e-Learning content.
If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes of completing your purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.
No Physical Goods
We do not ship physical products. All our services are entirely digital. We do not provide DVDs, USB drives, printed materials, or paper certificates unless explicitly stated in the e-Learning course description.
Availability
Our digital content and e-Learning services are generally available 24/7. However, access may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance, platform updates, or unexpected technical issues. We strive to restore full functionality as soon as possible in such cases.
