Refund Policy
We offer a 7-business-day refund policy for all e-Learning purchases, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 business days from the purchase date.
- The e-Learning content must not have been fully accessed, downloaded, or completed.
- Refund requests must be submitted via our Contact Us form or by emailing support@example.com, including your order ID for verification.
Ineligible Refund Scenarios
- More than 7 business days have passed since your purchase.
- The complete e-Learning materials have been downloaded.
- You have completed more than 30% of the e-Learning content (if trackable).
- You request a refund citing dissatisfaction without specifying a valid reason or issue encountered.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- We are not responsible for delays, currency exchange differences, or fees imposed by banks or third-party payment providers.
